Before any quote and any day on the ground, there is a Mission Brief: 2 pages that turn your question into a verifiable field mission. You are the expert of your product; the Brief is where your expertise sets the direction of ours.
What the Mission Brief structures
Two pages, four sections. Short enough to fill in one sitting, precise enough to anchor the scoping work that follows.
01 The question
The decision this mission must inform. Not a product list: the uncertainty that is currently holding back capital, a launch or a committee.
02 The scope
The domains, regions and channels where the answer can be found: factory floors, trade fair aisles, supplier meetings.
03 The criteria
What a credible supplier or signal looks like for you. Your criteria become our verification grid on the ground.
04 The field window
When the ground can actually be tested: fair calendar, production seasons, your own deadlines.
Why only two pages?
Because scoping is a conversation, not a questionnaire. The Brief captures the essentials in your own words; the depth comes from the scoping exchange that follows, and from the ground itself. A short document gets filled in; a long one tends to wait.
What happens to what I write?
It stays between us. Client confidentiality is the default, NDAs are available on request, and your Brief is never shared with third parties.

You receive the Mission Brief Template by email: the same 2-page document we use to scope every field mission.

Frame your question
You fill it in your own words. Partial answers are expected: what is missing tells us as much as what is filled in.

Scoping, then quote
We refine the Brief together, then the mission is scoped and quoted individually. Everything is quote-based, and capacity is deliberately limited to a few parallel mandates.
